Exercise 1
of 10
In this chapter, you'll learn Chinese words necessary to order a cup of coffee or tea at a Chinese café. You'll also be able to point to any item and order it, without even knowing the Chinese word for it. Ordering from a Chinese waitress need not be too stressful once you learn Mandarin Chinese words required to make yourself understood.
Coffee companies in China are reporting seeing the Western trend of having a morning coffee becoming established. Other commentators have dismissed the growth of coffee in China as a 'fad' that will fade in the near future! For now, you'll have no problem finding a place to get your coffee fix while in China.
