To type a special pinyin letter, simply type the vowel followed by the number of the tone.

A 'Dim Sum' or 'Yum Cha' lunch involves waitress wheeling carts full of dishes around the restaurant offering them to each table. They will mark a card for each dish ordered by the table. The dishes are small steamer baskets or small plates filled with bite-size portions of food, often dumplings. Tea or cha is an essential part of the 'Yum Cha' experience.
